Caluche - A bistro or café-cave that hits the spot! The range of tastes on offer will delight bon vivants and the most discerning palates alike. Here, dishes are masterfully concocted with seasonal produce and are perfectly matched with a well-considered selection of wines. The à la carte menu includes grilled pig's ear with verjuice, poularde au foin, oysters au gratin with champagne and, to round off the festivities, a semolina cake with rum raisin and chantilly. A great place to start the day with a coffee and croissant.

Deuxième expérience chez Caluche. Et c'est toujours aussi bon. cuisine raffinée, bon produits dans un cadre très agréable. Idéal même dans cette rue peu fréquentée où a longtemps régné le Connolly's Corner. Je me décide à rédiger un avis car autant j'avais trouvé les prix élevés la première fois autant cette fois ils m'ont semblé plus modérés (18 à 19 euros le plat). Menu déjeuner à 31 euros (entré + plat + dessert) qui n'existait pas non plus précédemment. Cela fait du bien dans un quartier où, avec l'inflation, les tarifs des plats ont grimpés de 2-3 euros si bien qu'il y a pas mal de restaurant où je ne mets plus les pieds. Côté cuisine un thon de ligne-aubergine gratinée très fondant, et un moelleux aux abricots. Le vin toujours original en guise d' accompagnement, un coume de maliès du Domaine Balansa (grenache blanc / grenache gris) savoureux. Service amical mais un peu lent. J'y retournerai plus souvent.
