Address offering a generous cuisine, a short menu of local produce, a house specialty: the nem toulousain.

The currency of Desvouges: " As long as it is lit, you can drink and eat ". The boss, Jérôme Desvouges, is a former journalist. He wanted to live his passion without going through the MasterChef box. His cuisine is like him, generous and full of (good) character. The short map plays in the courtyard of the land: … in cassolette, sabodet, pig cheeks in the Mediterranean, conflict lamb pot with sweet spices and Chinese cabbage… And why not test the specialty of the house: the perfect Toulouse, a marvel of taste. The friendliness of the service comes here like the cherry on the cake. To sum up, it ripaille at all tables!

A very nice corner when the waiters are good humour. Student clientele.
And the team is super nice. As for the beer (light) that was used to me my mussels with cream, I still have the head that bends!
A place which I have regularly frequented for several years. Very good value for money. In season, you can sit on the terrace
