Right in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, we love this bistro (spelled without a "t"), which meets all the standards we've come to expect: a vast half-moon-shaped counter, a beautifully decorated and lively dining room, a terrace stretching along the street - this is the place. For the culinary program, great dishes, hearty and well-prepared, from rump steak to sausage/aligot and truffade (special mention for the team). The platters on offer are also very good for get-togethers with friends.
