Address with a menu that varies according to the market and the chef's inspiration.
The map, presented at the slate, varies according to the chef's market and inspiration. In the entrance, a carpaccio of head and calf is hesitated and its pig cromesquis or the gaspacho of tomato and creamy meal. The first one will have our favor - and without regret! To continue and unwind, a bar basement and ginger cream, but we left, after long hesitation, Challans' cans to foie gras and orange orange juice Picon aside. Finally, we loved cheesecake home with ripe and sorbet. As for the wine, you doubt that with such a name, the cellar can only be attractive… Obviously!

My wife is allergic to nuts and this was made clear both in reservation and while seated.
First dish was still served with nuts….(And a hair In the middle of the dish….)
It was the most unbalanced menu we have had in many years of fine dining.
The experience and service was good. But not even an apology for the hair in our entree. The dishes all look great, but the tastes dissapoints. The chef really loves citrus and it radiates inn most of the dishes and overpowers all other flavors. The dishes with no Citrus was ruined with a bad salty smoked flavour… I was really looking forward to this meal, but ended up very dissapointed which is super rare…
I would not recommend any friends or family to visit.
I apologize for the negative review, but this was just a bad experience for 250 Euros.
