Restaurant with a grocery store and wine bar where you can enjoy bistro dishes with the kitchen changing every day.
This eclectic place combines a restaurant with a grocery store and a wine bar. It is a bit the ancestor of all the dining cellars that have opened for some years. Here, the cuisine changes every day and is composed on the slate depending on the produce found in the market by Bertrand Bluy and his chef Ulric Claude but Tom for his friends. The South-West is often honoured but they favour, above all, fresh and seasonal produce, and it is a success. What is pleasant here is that you can tirelessly come here every day. You can treat yourself to bistro dishes like duck foie gras in the traditional way, pan-fried black pudding or pan-fried sweetbreads. We gently recommend you the wine from a wide selection of excellent producers and you can also serve yourself on a nearby pot. In short, everything is done so as to have your taste buds delighted every second, so that you can be full, happy and conquered when leaving the place.

Concernant le repas, mis à part le dessert qui n’était pas une pana cotta, a éviter, le reste est très bon.

Our first time visiting the restaurant and it will not be our last. We went for lunch and wanted to stay for dinner. Very friendly and English speaking staff. Lovely ambience. The food was Michelin star worthy. The portions were more than adequate. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
