Restaurant with a grocery store and wine bar where you can enjoy bistro dishes with the kitchen changing every day.

This eclectic place combines a restaurant with a grocery store and a wine bar. It is a bit the ancestor of all the dining cellars that have opened for some years. Here, the cuisine changes every day and is composed on the slate depending on the produce found in the market by Bertrand Bluy and his chef Ulric Claude but Tom for his friends. The South-West is often honoured but they favour, above all, fresh and seasonal produce, and it is a success. What is pleasant here is that you can tirelessly come here every day. You can treat yourself to bistro dishes like duck foie gras in the traditional way, pan-fried black pudding or pan-fried sweetbreads. We gently recommend you the wine from a wide selection of excellent producers and you can also serve yourself on a nearby pot. In short, everything is done so as to have your taste buds delighted every second, so that you can be full, happy and conquered when leaving the place.

We visit this little gem of a restaurant each time we come to Paris, located right beside the Luxembourg Gardens. The menu is set each evening with no real choice - HOWEVER I would class myself as somewhat of a picky eater, and I have never had an issue. The starter was delightful and the main this time round was roast pork. The atmosphere and the service are always perfect. If you want something a bit different, I would definitely try here. It's michelin guide and you would know it by the standard of the food and the wine.

Highly recommend this place. Was referred by some friends and went for dinner and it didn't disappoint. What you get for the tasting menu price is so worth it. In NYC it would be triple that for sure.

An unlikely looking restaurant from the outside, but don't be fooled. Step inside and you will be very well looked after. The limited menu will cover most requirements and is excellent. You will probably meet the chef patron too.
