Paris wouldn't really be Paris without its gastronomic monuments. In this illustrious house of Saint-Germain-des-Prés – which has feasted its customers since the 1950's – the partition is well organized. The bistro-chic setting made of white tablecloths, red leather bench seats and paintings of great Masters gives this Lyon bouchon a lovely look. On the spot, French cuisine is highlighted as proven by the bone marrow grilled with thyme flower, the black radish with cream, the Provençale-style fresh frog legs, the warm Lyon sausage with pistachio and the warm potatoes with oil. Each day has its own dish according to the week, then we always come back with pleasure, smile and an happy stomach.

Je suis sortie sur cette impression extrêmement négative.
J'aurais pu comprendre qu'on m'éconduise avec un mot de regret et un sourire. Là, l'attitude de cet homme a été absolument inadmissible, ce d'autant plus que ma demande était formulée de façon courtoise.
J'avais apprécié ce restaurant il y a quelques années et, comme j'étais de passage, j'avais envie de renouveler l'expérience. Impossible donc.
Je n'y retournerai plus, mais j'ai quand même du mal à comprendre comment un commerçant peut être aussi désagréable avec une cliente potentielle.
