Bistro with a terrace offering a menu of pancakes, croque-monsieur, sandwiches, pastries, and hearty dishes.
Before being the name of a bistro, Mauzac is above all a grape variety from the South-West that is not well known. Elica, of Macedonian origin, magnifies the cuisine of the South-West and the Aveyron is revisited by a chef who treats his guests from lunch to dinner, including the snack break. On the programme, a musical atmosphere made of classical music, and above all a lot of things on the menu: pancakes, salads, snacks, croque-monsieur, sandwiches, pastries but also, hearty dishes such as stuffed cabbage, homemade duck confit. It's very good and the prices are low. And in winter, we long for the summer season to enjoy the terrace even if the no-frills interior decoration is very nice.
