Located in the Mouffetard district, Le Volcan is a traditional restaurant visited by a broad regular clientele. In a setting made of apparent stones and beams to which the furniture of yesteryear brings an atmosphere of a welcoming family hostel, you can find classic dishes with timeless tastes. On the menu, the artichokes stuffed with tartelettes, the salad of chicken liver with balsamic and apples, the tortiglioni gratin with spinach and salmon, the traditional coq au vin and braised salmon with two mustards are the exclusive dishes. The chef also has another speciality, it is the "Assiette Volcan": goat's cheese on toast, countryside terrine, smoked duck breast and smoked salmon. The friendly welcome, the good "homemade" dishes and the small prices are three good reasons to push the door when you are in the neighbourhood. And if you are many, the hotel offers two lounges that can be privatized, perfect for a business lunch or a party between friends.
