Arthur Rimbaud, one of France's greatest poets, stayed at the Hôtel Cluny in 1872, where he wrote a collection of poems. He occupied room 62, and this presence is still the pride of the hotel today. It's a very simple but welcoming establishment. Some rooms have a lovely view of the Panthéon dome and the Sorbonne. The rooms are well-equipped and meticulously maintained, and the welcome here is very friendly: you'll be given all the information you need to visit the capital.

El ascensor es para dos, y que no hayáis comido mucho durante el día, si no, escaleras.
Y el personal que lo regenta, te explican un poquitín el funcionamiento el primer día (primer viaje en el que no me piden ni el DNI en el check in) y hasta ahí. Están siempre, pero con la cordialidad justa. Sí es cierto que nos guardaron las maletas el último día, no todo va a ser malo.
En definitiva, si volviese a París, preferiría pagar algo más por noche y evitar este tipo de hotel, pues lo coges por el descanso, pero cada vez que entras es un quebradero de cabeza.
Reservé en este hotel desde hace muchos meses para poder quedarme en el cuarto de Rimbaud, intercambié correos con el personal sobre esta petición y planeé mi viaje (desde México) al rededor de esta estancia pero cuando llegué no habían respetado esta petición y me pusieron en un cuarto cualquiera diciéndome que le habían dado la habitación de Rimbaud a alguien más ya que es muy solicitada. La habitación era miniatura, la cama en lugar de ser matrimonial eran dos individuales por lo que mi pareja y yo nos caíamos entre las camas durante la noche. Me hace muy triste que no respeten una petición así.
