Arthur Rimbaud, one of France's greatest poets, stayed at the Hôtel Cluny in 1872, where he wrote a collection of poems. He occupied room 62, and this presence is still the pride of the hotel today. It's a very simple but welcoming establishment. Some rooms have a lovely view of the Panthéon dome and the Sorbonne. The rooms are well-equipped and meticulously maintained, and the welcome here is very friendly: you'll be given all the information you need to visit the capital.

We have spent 4 wonderful days in Paris, and the stay in this hotel was a part of that.
The rooms are small, but neat and clean. The service staff is friendly and helpful. There even is a small elevator that brings your luggage to the upper floors :-)
