HÔTEL ANDRÉ LATIN * * *
Hotel with terrace in a quiet area of Paris where some rooms have a flowery balcony or a view on the Pantheon.
Between Val-de-Grâce and Luxembourg, the Hôtel André Latin is located in a quiet district of the capital, yet close enough to public transport to access all the wonders of Paris. In a handsome 19th-century stone building, where Portuguese poet Amorim de Carvalho lived from 1969 to 1974, the ambience has been revamped, with retro charm mixed with modern touches. The "dandyesque" influences are inspired by the owners' grandfather. The decor features black-and-white bathrooms, cement tiles in the reception area, marble tables, tweed sofas, custom-made 1950s wallpaper and furniture, and Belle Epoque touches. Some rooms have flower-filled balconies, while others boast views of the Pantheon and Val-de-Grâce. On the first floor, the spacious lounge is a real living space. The bar opens onto a terrace. Here you can enjoy hot and cold drinks, cocktails, champagne, pastries and even an on-the-go menu for aperitif dinners.

Le petit déjeuner était au sous-sol. C'était très petit et étrange de s'asseoir dans une pièce sans fenêtre mais le petit déjeuner était correct. Rien de spécial mais bon.
L'emplacement était très agréable et pratique.
