Paris is the capital with the largest number of cultural institutes, 53 of which are grouped in a unique association in the world. This association is the Forum of Foreign Cultural Institutes in Paris (FICEP), which brings together cultural centers from around the world (Latin America, Mediterranean, Europe, Russia, Asia, Far East, Middle East). The idea was born from the desire of the Canadian Cultural Center to highlight the foreign cultural institutes and centers in Paris. FICEP focuses on projects of common interest highlighting cultural diversity, such as foreign cultures week.
