Allison is the happy owner of Sugarplum, a coffee shop where you eat delicious cakes composed only of natural ingredients. Genoese are generally lined with Swiss meringue in butter, chocolate ganache or lemon cream. There are also cheesecakes, cakes carrots, walnut cakes, scones. All of this accompanied by a good Lomi Café or a Bio Garden tea. The house also offers minute fruit cocktails, citronnades or homemade house tea. For your events, dinners, weddings or cocktails, you can order cupcakes or your favourite cakes, such as a 10-inch high cake floor, composed of three sponge thicknesses and two layers of cream, which can then be covered with sugar paste…
