You will not be able to resist Caracas, hazelnut coffee, fresh lemon taste, fresh fruit tarts etc. His Ruby is precious with almond biscuits decorated with supreme of vanilla and raspberry sauce. Pascal Pinaud prepares chocolate delicacies for he is also chocolate maker and caterer (pain surprise, canapés, savoury pastries). The reception is warm and of great standard.
