Pascal Gosnet, who has been in business since 1991, has refocused his activity on the beautiful profession of classic butchery. Fortunately, he continues to offer high quality tripe products all year round, such as his fat-double and calf's head which are succulents ! No wonder that this very large shop remains in the neighbourhood an essential meeting place for those who want the best.
