Restaurant in Paris serving local specialties, a menu of farinette, charcuterie and meats.
A convivial address, this Lozère, table of the House of... Lozère. It is especially a beautiful ambassador of the gastronomy of this department. From the starter to the dessert, the chef and his team send with generosity local specialities. Among the starters seen on the menu, a farinette (cheese cake), cochonnaille des Causses and a roasted pélardon; for the main course, you will probably not escape from the entrecôte de l'Aubrac and the sausage with its aligot, unless you are offered a sweetbread with morels. In short, local, solid and good!
