From the starter to the dessert, the chef and his team send with generosity local specialities. Among the starters seen on the menu, a farinette (cheese cake), cochonnaille des Causses and a roasted pélardon; for the main course, you will probably not escape from the entrecôte de l'Aubrac and the sausage with its aligot, unless you are offered a sweetbread with morels.
