Grocery store-tapas bar where you can enjoy a more copious plate in a relaxed atmosphere.
Osaba - pronounced Otchaba - means uncle in Basque... Frédéric Dassonville has launched a totally Basque grocery store and tapas bar. Downstairs, all the products, upstairs a small corner to enjoy them in a relaxed atmosphere. Charcuterie and cheeses from Pierre Oteiza and Montauzer, jams from Francis Miot, Basque beers and wines from Irouléguy, the must. We come to share pâté, a meter of tapas or a slate with friends around a good glass of local wine or to taste a more copious plate, like the Euskadi salad, the quiche or the dish of the day. For dessert, we stay local: homemade yogurt, Basque cake and digestif on the program.
