Establishment with terrace with a bistro atmosphere playing the beer cellar and offering dishes and pancakes.

In this Rue de Buci where food -even fast food- is a good business, this address brings a new note. An elegant and sober bistro atmosphere with beautiful woodwork that dresses a wall and the counter of the bar. Here and there, you can notice some more contemporary touches. The space suits lunches for hurried people and romantic dinners. During summer, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace. The hotel offers beer cellars and serves beautiful non-stop pancakes. But this is not the only suggestion of Le Molière, you'll find also on the à la carte menu: tapas (salmon, foie gras, gratined camembert…), mussels and fries (which are marinière, with curry, in Provençal style…), vegetarian or complete salads, meat, croque-monsieurs and pastas. As for dessert, you'll choose the sweet pancakes or the delicacies of the day. On the first floor, a 50-seat room can be privatized.

Went for Happy Hour! Beer was 5,90€, and we got a crepe with 2 toppings & a hot chocolate for 8,50€.

The atmosphere was cozy and full of young locals.

Beaucoup de bruit c'est vrai que je n'ai plus l*âge de traîner à Odéon à 11h du soir
Pour les jeunes c'est bien......

The beer and service was good, at least until the check. We ordered onion rings and they came with fries. 6 euros for 5 pieces onion rings and small portion of fries. We thought it was just one item because we only ordered onion rings, but when we check the bill, the fries were added. I told the owner that I hadn't ordered them, but he asked why I didn't send them back. Of course, it's customary to send back food you didn't order, but sometimes onion rings come with fries. I think he had a malicious intention to confuse us by bringing a small amount of unordered food 'with' it. In the end, we had no choice but to pay for the fries and he just repeated that we shouldn't have eaten them if we hadn't ordered them. We had to pay an extra 5.9 euros and although it was a small amount, we didn't feel very good because we felt like we had been deliberately cheated. We decided to pass on it, thinking that we had given a poor donation to someone who lacked the basics and knowledge. Recommended restaurant for those who want to pay more :)
