If it weren't for the cars racing down Boulevard Raspail, you'd (almost) think you were in a Valais chalet. Panelled walls, wooden tables, cowhide backs for the benches... Here we find the fundamentals of mountain decor. On the plates, the specialities of Swiss cuisine are on display: fondues, raclettes, röstis - golden potato cakes -, charcuterie and cheese, Swiss-style tartar, meringue and double cream, Swiss chocolate fondue... Solid food made from mostly local products.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ce restaurant si sympathique par son cadre et ses tenanciers, presse ses clients à quitter les lieux dès 14:15. Cela ne m’en courage pas à arriver autour de13h avec un collègue de travail.

Plats copieux et bien présentés . La salade servie dans une assiette creuse est une erreur ! Il est tres difficile de couper le pain ….. le service est un peu lent .
