Restaurant in Paris offering a varied and traditional menu of fresh products, specialties of the house.
The Fajitas restaurant does not hide its Mexican origins. The chef, Miguel, has a great experience in Mexican restaurant and his expertise is demonstrated. He is very attached to the use of fresh products to achieve a varied and traditional carte at a time. You will sit in the small room - booking is recommended especially in the evening - and start with an excellent magarita or with a Mexican beer which is drunk from the bottle (as over there), accompanied by a homemade guacamole and a spicy salsa. We then opted for a salad of tender cactus (called nopales) followed by nachos, are corn chips with melted cheese and Mexican sauce. It is well done, tasty and spicy just right. We can take away all the dishes that appear on the board or buy at the small grocery shelf of typical products to try the chef's specialties at home.
