Korean restaurant in Paris offering a revisited foie gras, a stuffed brioche, a bibimbap and quality meats.
KBG stands for Korean Barbecue Grill, not to be confused with William Ledeuil's KGB - Kitchen Galerie Bis. At the helm of this Korean restaurant is chef David Ly, who has chosen to blend French and Korean flavours. One foot in France and the other in the "land of the morning calm"! Why not... And what do you get? For example, a revisited foie gras, pan-fried in this case and placed on a stuffed brioche, but also Tatins mandus (ravioli with chicken and caramelised apples), bibimbap with sirloin steak, kim bap with beef in a barbecue sauce and passion fruit... As a guarantee of quality, the house buys its meat from the star butcher Alexandre Polmard.
