Restaurant-bar in Paris serving fish, delicious and well-flavoured soups, a dish of the day.
In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Pres in the highly sought-after 6th arrondissement of Paris, Blueberry Maki Bar is both a gourmet and an exotic stop. It is also ideal for a romantic dinner as well as a meal with friends. A warm framework and full of pep and a menu that honours the country of the Rising Sun as the old continent of ours with truffles or Espelette pepper. This restaurant differs from the others by its speciality: the maki including california rolls, which is ultra fresh, original and refined by its presentation. The chef, Mr. Luu performs marvellous combination: bream, truffles, fish eggs and yellow radish but also tuna-raspberry, or the famous Unagi, a smoked eel, shrimp tempura, flying fish roe, avocado, cucumber and bonito petals. The soups are also delicious and full of fragrant, the daily special is very well cooked. As an appetizer, we recommend a Japanese spritz peach liqueur. Dessert is in the same mold where green tea blends with strawberry or blueberry... Superb!
