Sushi Ginza Onodera, on the right bank, and Teppanyaki Ginza Onodera, on the left bank. In a small room that has just ten seats gathered around tepan (the famous heating plate), the master produces his show with an astonishing skill. If in the first district sushi, sashimi and maki are elegantly presented, here the teppanyaki are showcased. The Kobe or Simmental beef are the stars. They can be found in sashimi or on the tepan accompanied by grilled vegetables. You can also taste the rice with garlic, the miso soup and the homemade marinated vegetables.
