Ippudo has set up bowls all over Asia, including in Paris, where the brand is also present in the Louvre, République and Bastille districts. The menu divides ramen, the house specialty, into three categories: classic, modern and spicy. For starters, we offer hirata buns, veggie rolls with pork or chicken filling. The festivities continue with shiromaru (classic ramen), a tonkotsu (pork) broth with noodles and chashu pork belly. You can choose the firmness of the noodles... Nice, isn't it?

Really good ramen in Saint-Germain neighborhood. I went around 6:30 pm and it was mostly empty. The service was super fast. My ramen came in 5 minutes. I had Karaka Tamago (17 euros) and the level of spicy was good to me (this is always an issue went I order spicy ramen in Paris) because it wasn’t too spicy or too bland. Just the correct amount. The noodles were perfect and al dente. I loved the broth, but when I was finishing my ramen, I tasted some pieces of bones or little stones that I am not sure from where it came from. Then I saw that some pepper wasn’t well ground. Just because of those little details I don’t rate it with the maximum score.

Mon ramen préféré sur Paris pour manger du Tonkontsu.
Je suis venu plein de fois, je me suis fait livré plein de fois. Et je continuerai
Bien que ce soit une chaine, le ramen est très savoureux.
Preparez vous a faire la queue !
Je conseille Le karaka bien sur !
Et venez a celui-ci, pas aux autres sur Paris, les serveur, l'ambiance et la carte sont bien plus sympa
