The menu divides ramen, the house specialty, into three categories: classic, modern and spicy. For starters, we offer hirata buns, veggie rolls with pork or chicken filling. The festivities continue with shiromaru (classic ramen), a tonkotsu (pork) broth with noodles and chashu pork belly. You can choose the firmness of the noodles... Nice, isn't it?
