Restaurant that merges Franco-Japanese cuisine by presenting tasting menus and plates with products from here and there
Lovers of Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine, here is an address for you. Chef Hiroyuki Ushiro has put down his utensils to compose, according to him, "the most creative bento in Paris", nine small discovery plates mixing products from here and there. For more robust appetites, he also prepares tasting menus in six or eight steps. As for those wishing to be satisfied with one or two dishes, they can choose from the menu which, one fall, included a lobster carpaccio and a wagyu roast. All this is very tempting..
