Lovers of Franco-Japanese fusion cuisine, here is an address for you. Chef Hiroyuki Ushiro has put down his utensils to compose, according to him, "the most creative bento in Paris", nine small discovery plates mixing products from here and there. For more robust appetites, he also prepares tasting menus in six or eight steps. Mauvaise expérience à la suite du responsable, hautain, dédaigneux et pas du tout commerçant qui en oublie l'essence même de ce métier. Un manque d'âme commerçante permettant une fidélité (pour une simple demande de saké en geste commercial après une table très correcte entre cocktails, mets et vins). Je ne recommande absolument pas pour l'expérience globale, pour une bonne soirée passer votre chemin, d'autres restaurants sont tous aussi délicieux et sympathiques.
Le responsable suit uniquement les chiffres, dommage.
J’y suis allée ce midi pour y emmener mes beaux parents découvrir ce magnifique restaurant, ils ont été ravis.
