BENCHY
Restaurant in a refined decor, near the Bon Marché, offers homemade bread
We're all familiar with English-style sandwiches, triangular in shape, with ham/cheese, chicken/avocado or bacon/cheddar. Less well known are the sandos, today classics of Japanese street food. With Benchy, near Bon Marché, Kaito Hori delivers a high-level version with homemade sandwich bread. Pastrami, tuna, stewed pork, egg or vegan, his salted sandos are deliciously crisp. On site, you can enjoy them, as well as his graphic sweet sandos or matcha cake, in an uncluttered setting, listening to jazz.
