YAKUZA KATSU SANDO & COFFEE
Coffee shop dedicated to sando, the traditional Japanese sandwich, in the lively Odeon district of Paris
Former Hoxton Paris chef Walter Ishizuka, who is used to working in the big houses, could have opened yet another bistro restaurant on his own. Instead, he chose to open a coffee shop dedicated to sando, the traditional Japanese sandwich, in the lively Odeon district. However, he remains as demanding as ever when it comes to the quality of his products. Whatever your choice - farm chicken (succulent), Wagyu beef, salmon or miso eggplant for savory dishes; black sesame ice cream (delectable) or choco praline for sweet dishes - your taste buds will rejoice!
