With avocado, salmon or, more upmarket, amberjack, lobster or Wagyu beef, Hando's tasty hand rolls, prepared right before your eyes, enclose the ingredients in delicate and fine nori seaweed destined for starred restaurants in Japan. Excellent Japanese style food. Tasty sashimi and handrolls in a casual, friendly,energetic setting. Sit at the bar. Had the Toro sashimi, a ball of sesamed spinach, A5 wagyu handrolls, spicy salmon handrolls, scallop handrolls, shitake mushroom handrolls. All were excellent. We will be back.

Récemment revenu du Japon, je ne trouvais aucun équivalent ... jusqu'à la découverte de HANDO.
Le concept est original, le cadre est intimiste et le service au top ! Les ingrédients sont de qualité et les plats préparés à la demande. Le poisson est très frais, le sashimi est exquis.
Je recommande et reviendrai !

We ordered some appetizers and a set of hand rolls.
The ingredients for the appetizers were very fresh, and most of the hand rolls were delicious, with the scallop hand roll being the most memorable for its freshness!
The only discomfort was the three of us sitting at the bar near the entrance, which was too cramped, requiring us to constantly get up to make way for other customers.
