House in Paris preparing haute cuisine with Japanese flavors, reinvented dishes, meats.
Mami Nakamura's house plays on transparency and offers a live cuisine where the flavors of Japan are sublimated. It's a haute cuisine and of course it goes with the prices accordingly… The dishes are reinvented to better enhance them. The octopus grill with its Japanese mustard jelly sauce really makes our mouth water for the next step, which is simply a tonkatsu of Iberian pork à la plancha while my companion still remembers his Japanese beef (wagyu) with grated radish on a bed of vegetables. The show is in the room with its refined setting and the happiness on the plate! Beware, reservation required.
