A well-balanced à la carte menu, accompanied by various desserts in a refined restaurant.
It emerges from the place a little air of refinement and elegance in perfect harmony with the clientele of the house. Tabashi Yabe, the chef, eats his native specialities : ceviche (seafood and seafood, yusu and coriander sauce), new style salmon sashimi, seized with olive oil, sesame and fresh ginger and cut to the Japanese knife, this is specified on the map, yolk we will tell you (30 €), or even softshellcrabmaki (big roller of hot soft crab)… For vegetarians, a well-balanced menu is à la carte (45 €), with a pleasant agedashi tofu. It's a pity that the dessert card doesn't have the beaten paths (and tired) by Japanese tables, Japanese ice creams (9,50 €) and fruit salad (€ 12,50) does not excite curiosity. Don't forget to book, the restaurant is still crowded.
