Traditional bistro located on Rue du Cherche-Midi offering homemade Thai dishes.

Rue du Cherche-Midi has been missing an Asian restaurant worthy of the name. The Crying Tiger opened in autumn 2021 and has since been expanded. The space has been designed like a traditional bistro, with green banquettes and a few exotico-colonial touches (prefer the upstairs room for a little more peace and quiet). On the plates are curries, pad thai and other salads, not forgetting the tender "crying tiger", our choice that lunchtime. The chicken and shrimp ravioli appetisers were fine and deliciously flavoured.

Met with one of staff who was speaking English and Hindi as well which surprised me and I felt like having lunch at India. Legume yellow curry and Rice were very tasty. Thank you
