TIGRR
Restaurant offering a short but complete menu.
Megève, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The Tigrr does not place its den anywhere… He chooses the corners of the beautiful world. Normal because behind it is a pro, Jérôme Foucaud, owner of the Baths in Paris and the Hermitage in Saint-Tropez. The hotel is signed by Philippe di Méo, a designer who has the right wind at the moment. It's cool just to please a little, clientele. Then a short but complete card: sushi, sashimis, makis, dim sum, nems, spring rolls, salads and soups, all ingredients are gathered for a trip to the country of famous Asian cuisine. Some dishes are inspired by the earth like a crunchy chicken, green lemon sauces, ginger, pepper, galanga. It was feared that it would be spicy, not at all. That's just what it takes to lift the dish. The sea is treated in its fair value with a fish soup Tom Yam Kung composed of squid, bream, shrimp poached in bouillon scented coconut milk broth. On the first floor a mezzanine is privatized for dinner between friends.
