There's no mistaking the fact that the Collège Culinaire de France recognizes Evi Evane as a quality restaurant. In fact, it's one of the capital's finest Greek restaurants. Chef Dina Nikolaou's menu combines traditional dishes with original touches. A cuisine full of flavors, like this vetouli bougiourdi (pan-fried cow's cheese-peppers-preserved tomatoes-herbs). A word of advice: if it's on the menu the day you come, don't hesitate to try the karidopita (walnut cake)!
