In the first half of 2019, Chez Bartolo, Neapolitan pizzeria, has unveiled a new face. Certainly, this revival, which translates in fine weather into a greater openness to the outside with a beautiful terrace, has probably changed the typology of the clientele, but the quality of the cuisine is still there. Opened in 1950, the first Parisian pizzeria - it proudly claims this status - still sends out famous pizzas and tasty pastas, like these rigatoni alla norma (tomatoes, grilled eggplant, smoked scamorza) cooked to perfection.
