Restaurant offering 130 recipes, including light dishes with a lot of originality.
Did you know that pizza was Belgian? Certainly not. And yet this Mamma Roma comes straight from the flat country! It was created in 2005 in the trendy Flagey district of Ixelles, and it has been a success and spreads out, to the point of coming to defy the Parisian brands. So what does it have more than the others? Not much at first glance, except that it is rectangular in shape and sold by weight. Is that all? Let's make it fair… It offers 130 recipes all the same! As a result, it's almost hard to choose. For example, we must admit that the smoked pizza provola, pancetta and pumpkin cream won over us with their originality and their fairly light dough. We even tried the chocolate one, a real treat! If you don't have time to move, just have them delivered to your home.
