Address in Paris serving pizzas, a menu of a few dishes and classic desserts on paper.
The jaded swallow their morgue after a visit here. Anima's pizzas have something extra. Is it in the dough, the cooking, the ingredients mixed and blended with a unique know-how? In any case, the result is exquisite, as with this Valtellina (mozzarella di bufala, cherry tomatoes, bresaola, arugula, parmesan, basil) or this Vegana, with vegetables as its name suggests (cream of zucchini, mushrooms, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, black olives). Same thing with the few dishes on the menu. The desserts (tiramisu, stracciatella...), which are classic on paper, are also great. Attention, one thinks well to reserve.

Would recommend to book before in case not to sit on the bar like us!
The food was flavourful and I finished a whole Pizza which is never usually the case!
Would recommend the veggie pizza!!
