Ask the inhabitants of the VIth arrondissement the name of a good restaurant, and it's a safe bet that most of them will mention Le Cherche Midi. This Italian bistro with the Ospitalità Italiana label has been building its reputation since... 1978. And this regular haunt delights lovers of transalpine specialties with a simple, safe and consistent cuisine: ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce, mozzarella di bufala, milk-fed veal escalope with butter and sage, a fine selection of cold cuts, tiramisu... All washed down with a classic chianti or a distinguished barolo.

Excellente cuisine italienne, mais où est la (délicieuse) tarte au chocolat ? Nous venons régulièrement et elle n'est quasiment jamais au rendez-vous ! Avis au gentil pâtissier...
