Our eye was drawn to the fact that here, they make organic pizzas designed by a world pizza champion... But making organic food doesn't necessarily mean that the pizzas are good. So we had to try it, which we did by choosing "Le coup de soleil" (tomato sauce, mushrooms, grilled zucchini and eggplant, dried tomatoes) and "Vol direct Marrakech" (tomato sauce, burrata, 4 spices beef, candied onions, grilled peppers). Verdict: the pizzas, thin, are soft and crispy, with a low gluten dough and original recipes.
