Behind L'Altro, we find Julien Cohen therefore it's the same team as at Grazie (4th), Pizza Chic (6th), Professore (9th), Les Cailloux (13th), for a table still dedicated to transalpine cuisine. As for the decoration, the very trendy New York loft style: white ceramic tiles on the walls, an exposed kitchen as in an artist's studio, black and ebony furniture, numbered tables, aluminium here and there. As in other restaurants, we are charmed by the cuisine that sings the sun. We take off with calamari and carciofi piccanti, a pan-fried squid and purple artichokes slightly spicy. We've gained altitude. We continue with pennette ai bisi, pennette with cream of peas and crispy ham, we glide a little but no more... For the landing, the rum baba is well watered with limoncello and a manzana cream. If you please...
