Chic Parisian brasserie style pizzeria with a black and white decor in Paris.
Black and white decor, tablecloths, waiters in ties and white aprons... This Pizza Chic, which is also the name of one of the pizzas on the menu (with Fausto Guadani's lardo di Colonnata ), has a very Saint-Germain-des-Prés style of Parisian brasserie. It has nothing to do with the traditional pizzerias that line the streets of the capital. With fresh products and above all perfect cooking, its pizzas - rosse or bianche depending on whether or not tomato sauce is added - are indeed luxurious, with a dough made with Italian flour and soy flour to give them more taste. Quelle surprise quand 2 jours après en les appellant pour les commander on me répond que ce n'est pas possible, qu'ils vont appeler la police....! Je me rend quand même sur place, 10 minutes de négociations, pour finalement que 4 pizzas... Après une longue attente ! Et me signalant (le prétendu serveur, sans pouvoir décisionnel) que je ne suis pas là bienvenue dorénavant !
C'est très impoli et malhonnête pour ne pas dire qu'ils tentent de vous voler !
Je ne ferai plus part de vos clients !!!!!
