With his Comptoir du Relais and his four Avant-Comptoirs, Camdeborde is expanding! These culinary avant-scenes are formatted on the same model: everything happens at the counter. In the marine version, you have to look up to discover the tapas in photos, hanging from the ceiling: crispy prawns with basil, sardines with Bordier butter, ceviche of fish-granny smith... Other proposals are written on the slate: marinated herrings, fried smelts, pan-fried saithe... Not forgetting the oysters of course. It's hard to resist the call of the sea.
