A refined atmosphere, all in velvet and thick carpets, with impeccable service... The restaurant at L'Hôtel has all the ingredients to please. And not only its decoration by Jacques Garcia. The cuisine is of the highest quality thanks to the talent of Grégory Réjou who, before taking over the controls of this beautiful house, made his mark with Christophe Moret (Lasserre) and Frédéric Vardon (39V). From his mentors, he has learned that a cuisine of excellence is above all about working with products that are themselves excellent, which he then enhances in his own way (this is where the chef's talent comes into play). In spring, for example, lobster ravioli was served with a stew of beans and Thai cebette. So good.
