Apéti offers a vegetable cuisine full of surprises. Everything here is organic, gluten-free and seasonal, with vegetables in guest-stars. The establishment even owns a 200 m² plot in Essonne on which it grows its own fruit and vegetables. This is what we call going to the end of things! Elegant, the restaurant is cosy with a table d'hôtes and Quaker-style chairs. It is possible to eat on the spot, to order to take away or to be delivered. Seen à la carte, steamed vegetables- seaweed tartare-aïoli sauce, an apeti bowl (raw and cooked vegetables-houmous-tahini sauce), a no-cheese cake lemon and a whole assortment of homemade juices.
