Parisian address offering quality burgers and buns with traditional Red Label wheat flour.
The first thing that surprises you when you enter this Blend in the Odeon - the brand has 5 addresses in Paris - is the elegance of the decor: blue floor, walls lined with veined blond wood... A miniature version of a classy deli. But if we come here, it is first of all for the quality of the burgers. Tasty meat (the ground steak was developed by Yves-Marie Le Bourdonnec), buns signed Frédéric Lalos, barbecue sauce concocted by an American chef... The house has understood that in order to lure the demanding amateur, it was necessary not to skimp on the products. The result: tasty burgers, including a surprising West with three cheddars (the bun is turned and toasted). Quality comes at a price.

This joint captures the feeling that you want when eating a burger: it makes you sulk back in your seat and shake your head with a smile on your face. Sounds like I might be overselling it but that is exactly what happened.
The waters are super nice and friendly. You can strike up great conversation in either English or French. They’ll also give you the freedom of stumbling through bad French if you’re trying to learn.
The joint is small, but it’s never packed. It doesn’t feel pretentious which helps you feel like the burgers that you eat are truly diamonds in the rough.
Recommended it to all of my coworkers. Love this place bunches.
