In Spring 2017, Cuisine de bar was completely renovated and took the opportunity to change its name. Now, you have an appointment at Comptoir Poilâne, a toast corner that treats its customers with the bread from the Mother house. On the spot, the toast becomes a full dish with carefully selected delicious ingredients, for example: Wagyu (toasted pepper bread, egg, Wagyu petal and honey mustard), Bienfaisante (corn bread, lacto-fermented vegetables and Carles roquefort) or smoked salmon (toasted Poilâne round loaf, cream cheese, organic smoked salmon and herbs). Apart from the toast, just a soup of the day, a Croq' with smoked duck fillet and three cheeses (parmesan, vieux comté and mozzarella) and salads with salmon or chicken. The small kitchen is open and we can see the cooks preparing everything in real time. The setting is refined and the service is impeccable.
