Address in Paris offering dishes of seasonal products, meats, grilled fish with crisp vegetables.

In a discreet and relaxing setting, Chef Hidenori Kitaguchi, formed at Jamin, is part of this generation of Japanese cooks who revisitent their French recipes. His kitchen is without complex and complex. He is entitled to the goal with dishes prepared according to seasonal products. This can give you a toast of a pig's head in the fat liver and a bream roast with small crispy vegetables. It's fresh, full of simple and precise flavours. Little chance to show disappointment of H Kitchen.
